MADE-Nepal is constituted by highly experienced and dedicated personnel originating from diverse field of specialization. Inclusive members’ general body is the supreme authority of the MADE-Nepal which brings any amendment in the organizational structure and working modules. General body of the organization confirms the yearly organizational activities and financial management. General assembly elects the nine members Executive Board headed by president for three years period. The Executive Committee is responsible and accountable to General Body for its work, organizational management and policy formulation. This is the body accountable for effective smooth functioning of the organizational activities. Executive committee selects the Executive Director to look after the management functions of organization and project including the mobilization of experts and staffs towards the attainment of organization goal.
